This culinary workshop, organized by the Sorbonne Antique Association, invites us to discover the tastes of ancient Greece. Inspired by the Odysseus’s journey, it will offer a clear view of the dietary habits of Ancient Greece, including a hands-on preparation of some classic Greek mezedes (appetizers). At the end of the workshop, participants will have the opportunity to share a meal with the festival’s artists and organizers.
